Terms and Conditions (T&C) for Workshops

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all workshop offerings by Lisa Klingersberger, whether held at the studio or at external locations (e.g. corporate events). They apply to both consumers and business clients.

2. Registration and Contract Formation

Workshop registration must be made in writing via email and becomes binding once confirmed in writing by Lisa Klingersberger. The contract is concluded upon confirmation.

3. Number of Participants

  • At the studio: Minimum 4, maximum 8 participants

  • At company premises: No minimum, maximum 15 participants

Lisa Klingersberger reserves the right to cancel a workshop if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In that case, the full amount will be refunded.

4. Payment

Payment is made via invoice and must be completed prior to the workshop date.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 7 days before the workshop: Full refund

  • 6–4 days before the workshop: 50% refund

  • From 3 days before the workshop or no-show: No refund

  • A replacement participant can be named at any time at no additional cost.

  • If a participant leaves the workshop early, no refund will be given.

6. Content and Materials

  • Participants may take home the objects they create during the workshop.

  • Depending on the content, digital materials may also be provided.

  • All workshop content, materials and concepts remain the intellectual property of Lisa Klingersberger. Commercial use or distribution by participants is not permitted.

7. Liability

Participation is at the participant’s own risk. No liability is accepted for personal belongings or injuries, unless due to gross negligence or willful misconduct by the organizer.

8. Copyright and Usage Rights

All workshop content, concepts, materials and designs are protected by copyright.
No usage or reproduction rights are granted to participants. Commercial exploitation or redistribution is prohibited without written consent.

9. Data Protection

Personal data will be used solely for processing the booking and will not be shared with third parties. The provider’s privacy policy applies.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law shall apply. For business clients, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, Austria.

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of design objects by Lisa Klingersberger, including limited edition small series and custom-made pieces.
The offer is directed at consumers and business clients within Austria.

2. Conclusion of Contract

Orders are placed via email.
A contract is formed once the order is confirmed in writing by Lisa Klingersberger and an invoice is issued.

3. Products and Customization

  • The design objects are limited editions produced in numbered small series.

  • Custom-made designs (e.g. specific colors, dimensions, or features) are available upon request.

  • Due to the artistic and handcrafted nature of the objects, minor variations in color, shape, or finish may occur and do not constitute defects.

4. Prices and Shipping

  • All prices are in Euros.

  • Shipping costs are calculated individually and specified in the order confirmation.

  • Delivery is limited to Austria.

  • Prepayment by bank transfer is required. Shipping will be initiated once payment is received.

5. Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is approx. 14 days after receipt of payment.
For customized orders, delivery times may vary. The estimated delivery date will be communicated in advance.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Lisa Klingersberger until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under §§ 11 ff. of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) for standard, non-customized products.

No right of withdrawal exists for custom-made or clearly personalized items (pursuant to § 18 para. 1 item 3 FAGG).
A withdrawal notice will be included with the order confirmation.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.
Minor deviations inherent in handmade or artistic products do not constitute defects.

9. Liability Disclaimer

Lisa Klingersberger is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
No liability is accepted for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential losses, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Copyright

All designs, concepts, and objects are protected by copyright.
No usage or exploitation rights are transferred with the purchase.
Reproduction, commercial use, or public exhibition without written permission is strictly prohibited.

11. Data Protection

Customer data is used solely for processing the order and will not be shared with third parties.
The provider’s privacy policy applies.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For business clients, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Salzburg, Austria.
